Look no further than this Middle School Advanced class where we answer not only work on the handle, perfect the shot, clean up the footwork, and build on hoop IQ, but answer the “why” we do it and how to apply it. Enhancing the leveling up the serious players looking for more.

Fundamental Fun
1st - 2nd Grade
We hit the ground running with streamlined and dynamic skill training for our little hoopers. For most, this is their first real peak at organized basketball. For starters, they work on their handles using both hands, how to play defense, and how to shoot properly. But Stance also guides them in the intangibles: how to act on court, how to communicate, and targeted game situations. We make learning and enjoying the game simple.

Little Ballers
Kinder - 1st Grade
When you’re ready to move from the little hoop in their room, this is the next stop! Stance combines the foundations of basketball with the hoopers' learning about overall movement, strength, and coordination. They will use both hands, learn to move their feet, and understand what to look for on the court, all the while cheering for teammates and jumping for every loose ball. It is play…with purpose.

ALL GIRLS - "I'm HER"
2nd - 5th Grade
We at Stance believe that girls should have every opportunity to find love with the game. They learn the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting while surrounded by other girls in the same boat. No pressure, no expectations. Just having a blast. But what we have learned at Stance over the years is that once that door opens, you give way to talented, tenacious, and confident girl hoopers. Stance is THE place for all girls to start their hoop journey.

We ramp up the intensity in this class as we focus more on transitions and getting up and down the court. The handles become more complex, the passing becomes more intricate, and the defense is now ACTIVE. Stance focuses on pressure situations, helping our hoopers become comfortable with the uncomfortable. Expectations are rising, as with the sweats.

Spring League Prep
Junior High - Girls only
January 4th through February 22nd, 2027
Designed for junior high girls who are ready to take their game to the next level and get ready for the upcoming spring season. Through focused drills, skill development, and game-like situations, players will sharpen their fundamentals, strengthen their basketball IQ, and build confidence on the court. It's about putting in the work, supporting one another, and discovering just how much they're capable of. Because at Stance, we don't just prepare girls to play.
